Terms of service
These terms describe our responsibilities and yours when using Zitda's website and Cloud services.

Who provides Zitda
Zitda is provided by Pixel Point Limited, Hong Kong. Contact support@zitda.io about these terms or the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms; if you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Software and third-party components also remain subject to the licenses supplied with them.
Local, Cloud, and separate services
Local Zitda is free. Cloud hosts a private workspace so it can be accessed without keeping your own computer on. AI access and usage are separate: your chosen AI providers and connected services have their own terms and charges.
Priority support is optional at USD 200 per month per customer account. Its scope and response target are agreed separately before service begins. Custom development and on-site work require a separate quote. No guaranteed uptime or emergency-response service is included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Paid hosting and renewal
When paid hosting opens, the price is USD 25 per month or USD 250 per year per hosted workspace. Annual hosting is paid upfront. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for hosting purchases. Its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. We provide the hosted service. Adding paid workspaces or separately charged services requires an explicit purchase action; merely browsing the website does not start a subscription.
We notify you of a subscription price change at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it applies no earlier than your next renewal. You may cancel before that renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through the subscription-management link in Cloud's Plan & billing, or contact support. Cancellation stops renewals and preserves access through the paid period. The Refunds & cancellation policy linked above sets out refund windows and the data-recovery period. Permanent deletion is a separate action and can be irreversible.
Your work and your account
You retain your rights in the content and app source you supply or create, subject to any third-party rights and applicable licenses. You allow us to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to operate the services you use, support you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Keep your account credentials secure and share access only with people you authorise. You are responsible for having permission to use the content, devices, and connected accounts you provide. Keep independent copies of important work. Review AI-generated output and actions before relying on them; AI can make mistakes.
Acceptable use and suspension
Do not use Zitda for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, spam, infringement, unauthorised access, or actions that disrupt other users or the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a serious breach, a security threat, or a legal requirement.
Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. If we discontinue a paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused prepaid hosting period.
Responsibility and changes
We will provide the service with reasonable care. No service is error-free, and we do not promise that every generated result will be correct or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for a service claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies. Contact support first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. We will give notice of material changes to paid-service terms before they take effect; changes do not retroactively remove an accrued refund right.
