Privacy
Local work, hosted work, and connected services have different data paths. Here is what that means for your information.

Who handles your information
Pixel Point Limited, Hong Kong, provides Zitda. Contact support@zitda.io for privacy questions or requests. When you use a workspace managed by an organisation or another person, that workspace owner also controls what is added and who can access it.
Local work and connected AI
A local workspace stores its work on your computer. Local use does not require a Zitda Cloud account. If you use an external AI provider or connect another service, prompts, attachments, selected context, and tool requests may be sent to that service. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Local does not mean every action stays offline. Review the providers you connect and what you ask the concierge to share or do. We do not sell your personal information or use private workspace content for advertising.
Cloud accounts and hosted content
Cloud processes account information such as your email and sign-in identifier, workspace and membership records, subscription and invoice references, and service-usage and security records. Hosted workspaces also store their app source, conversations, files, knowledge, and the connection information needed by the features you enable.
We use this information to provide access, host your workspace, operate billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. Access by our team is limited to what is needed for those purposes. We may process information where we and our service providers operate, which can be outside your country.
Service providers and payment details
Clerk provides Cloud sign-in. Hosting infrastructure providers, including Fly.io, process data needed to run hosted services. Lemon Squeezy handles hosting checkout, payment details, tax, receipts, and refunds as merchant of record; Zitda receives transaction and subscription information rather than your full card details.
Providers you choose for AI or other integrations receive the information required for those requests. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. A business transfer involving your information would remain subject to the applicable privacy commitments, with notice of material changes.
Website requests and cookies
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts and checks your Cloud sign-in status to show the appropriate account link. These requests expose connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the responding services. Cloud sign-in uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication and security.
Website and service infrastructure can keep request and error logs for operation and security. Your browser lets you clear or block cookies and storage; doing so may prevent account features from working.
Retention and your choices
We retain account, support, billing, and security records only as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal recordkeeping obligations. The paid Cloud recovery and deletion schedule is set out in Refunds & cancellation above. During the beta, contact us before closing a workspace if you need help preserving its data; managed backup recovery is not included.
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing support@zitda.io. We verify the requester's identity and explain any information we must retain. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local privacy regulator.
Deleting hosted data does not delete independent copies held on your computer or information already sent to a third-party service. Requests about those services may need to be made to that provider.
Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date above identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate.
